Hi, my name is Beth, and I’m from Haworth in Yorkshire, which is in the north of England. I have been working in education for the past eight years with junior students aged between 4 and 11, with a specialism in speaking and reading language development. I have also been teaching adult and junior students online, and have a TEFL certification, as well as an English writing and Latin mixed degree (which is surprisingly helpful with all modern languages!). I now have a range of students from all over the world, mainly from China and Eastern Europe, however previously I have also worked with ESL children in a UK school setting. The origins and rules of language is one of my passions, and I often manage to pass this on to my students! In my free time I like to write and enjoy any kind of creative activity.
